I'm proud of being a son of our great anchestors who stood against the most powerful armies of World War I. On 18th March 1915, the tired Turkish Army challanged with that of Allies. The war had continued approximately 10 months and the Turkish side won a glarious victory. Self-sacrificing Turkish soldiers -called Mehmetcik- have left a remarkable note on the world history.
